Product Overview

The Graphene Heated Mattress Pad is a 24 V low-voltage bedding heating product designed for home and sleep-environment warming applications. It integrates a flexible graphene heating element into a multi-layer textile construction and is available in single and double configurations.

The K-DRT-W5V1 series supports three-level temperature control, timed operation and a staged sleep-mode control program. The double-size version uses independent left and right control zones for individual temperature adjustment.

Detachable electrical components allow the textile body to be cleaned according to the applicable care instructions. OEM and ODM options include size, textile material, controller configuration, plug type, packaging and branding.

Standard reference configurations include the K-DRT-W5V1S single model at 2000 × 900 mm with 65 W rated power and the K-DRT-W5V1D double model at 2000 × 1800 mm with 120 W rated power. Both configurations use a 24 V power system.
