W20 Graphene Low-Voltage Smart Heated Blanket

The W20 graphene heated blanket is a 24V low-voltage electric blanket developed for home sleeping and personal warming applications.

The graphene version provides three selectable temperature levels. Product materials indicate approximately 28°C at the low setting, 35°C at the medium setting and 45°C at the high setting. The heating structure is designed for broad-area heat distribution, with six graphene heating modules used in the single version and twelve heating modules in the double version.

The single version uses one heating zone, while the double version provides two independently controlled heating zones so that each side can be adjusted separately. The controller also provides 1-hour, 3-hour and 9-hour timing settings.

The blanket operates through a 24V low-voltage power adapter. The certified graphene configurations include TK150×80-1X at 60W and TK170×150-1X at 120W. The textile construction uses polyester materials and has been tested to GB 18401-2010 Class B requirements.

The W20 is designed for bedroom and home-warming applications and supports washable construction when the removable electrical connection and controller are disconnected according to product-care requirements. OEM and ODM requirements such as size, textile finish, branding and packaging can be reviewed according to project specifications.
