Product Overview

The U10 graphene heated pillow combines low-voltage heating, ergonomic neck support, Bluetooth audio and sleep-related smart functions in one pillow system.

The pillow measures approximately 59 × 30 × 11.5 cm and weighs about 1200 g. It operates from a 5V low-voltage power source with a specified input of DC 5V, 2A. A single-button controller provides three selectable heating levels, with the low setting specified at approximately 38–42°C. Product materials show different published ranges for the medium and high settings, so exact operating temperatures should be confirmed against the applicable production specification.

Bluetooth connectivity allows compatible mobile devices to connect to the pillow for audio playback. The pillow uses a bone-conduction sound-transmission system and can also work with the supporting mobile application for sleep-related data recording and playback functions.

The pillow structure combines a contoured ergonomic shape with a polyurethane foam core and removable textile covers. Supplied textile test reports cover the grey pillowcase, white and light-green inner fabrics, while the electrical section has also been tested against applicable GB 4706 safety requirements.

The U10 is intended for home sleeping, resting and personal warming applications. OEM and ODM requirements such as textile finish, branding, packaging, heating configuration and related electronic functions can be reviewed according to project specifications.

Cleaning / Washability
Remove the washable pillowcase before cleaning. Do not immerse the pillow core, heating module, controller, wiring or electronic components in water. Clean the removable textile cover according to its care instructions and ensure all components are completely dry before reassembly and use.
