Product Overview
Graphene multifunctional knee brace AD10-01 is a wearable knee-support product integrating a PI-based graphene flexible heating system into a compact knee-brace structure.
The product uses a 5V graphene heating configuration developed for localized knee-area thermal comfort. Its internal heating element is based on a PI substrate with electrode-sheet circuitry and a coated graphene conductive film. The documented heating-film size is 170 × 140 mm, with a resistance range of 2.8–3.1Ω and an engineering heating-film temperature range of 63–67°C.
The wearable brace format provides localized knee coverage while allowing the heating component, textile structure and fastening system to be integrated into one compact product platform. AD10-01 can therefore serve as a finished-product reference for heated knee braces, wearable thermal-comfort products and multifunctional knee-support applications.
