Product Overview

The G10 graphene heated knee pad is a flexible 5V wearable heating product designed to provide controlled warmth around the knee.

The G10 measures approximately 54 × 32 cm and weighs about 338 g. It operates from a 5V low-voltage power source, with the tested electrical input specified at 1400mA. A built-in single-button controller provides three selectable heating levels.

Product materials specify approximately 41–45°C for the low setting, 52–56°C for the medium setting and 63–67°C for the high setting. The flexible wrap-around structure combines elastic textile materials, hook-and-loop fastening and an integrated heating zone for adjustable positioning around the knee.

The textile components used in the G10 have been tested to GB 18401-2010 Class B requirements, and the product has also undergone electrical safety, EMC and RoHS testing. CE EMC and restricted-substance documentation is available for the PMA-G10 model.

The G10 is suitable for personal warming, indoor resting and wearable cold-weather applications. OEM and ODM requirements such as textile material, exterior color, branding, packaging, heating configuration and related control requirements can be reviewed according to project specifications.

Control
Single-button three-level temperature control with low, medium and high settings. The specified temperature ranges are approximately 41–45°C, 52–56°C and 63–67°C respectively.
Cleaning / Washability
Disconnect the product from the power source before cleaning. Hand wash gently with water below approximately 30°C and avoid damaging the controller, connector and heating components. Do not use aggressive machine washing or wringing. Allow the product to dry completely before reconnecting to power.
