Product Overview
Graphene heated sleeping bag is a portable outdoor sleeping system integrating flexible graphene heating with a hollow-cotton insulated structure. It is designed for camping, travel and other outdoor applications, and can also be opened flat for use as a heated blanket or mat.
The sleeping bag incorporates three heating zones distributed through the body area and provides three adjustable temperature settings. The available product materials specify approximately 38–40°C at the low setting, 43–45°C at the medium setting and 47–50°C at the high setting. A digital-display controller provides one-button temperature adjustment and NTC temperature monitoring.
The finished product measures approximately 210 × 88 cm and weighs about 1.5 kg. Its outer layer uses high-density pongee, the inner layer uses high-density polyester taffeta, and the insulation consists of hollow cotton. The textile construction is designed to provide a lightweight, water-resistant outer surface while retaining thermal insulation.
The sleeping bag operates from a 5V power input and includes an integrated USB cable and power-bank storage pocket for portable power. Two sleeping bags can also be joined together, while the zippered structure allows the product to be opened for alternative blanket or mat use. OEM and ODM requirements can be evaluated according to dimensions, fabric, filling, heating-zone configuration, temperature settings, color, branding and packaging.
