Product Overview
Graphene nasal comfort eye mask HE60-HDXM-01 is a wearable heating product integrating a compact PI-based graphene heating film around the eye and nasal-area mask structure.
The heating element operates at 5V and uses a 188 × 48 mm PI-based graphene flexible heating film. The documented heating-film resistance is 4.9–8.2Ω, with an operating temperature range of approximately 50–55°C.
Its compact flexible heating architecture allows the thermal element to be integrated into a lightweight wearable mask while maintaining close and stable contact around the intended heating area.
HE60-HDXM-01 is positioned as a daily personal wellness and thermal-comfort product rather than a medical treatment device. It can be used as a finished-product reference for B2B customers developing heated eye masks, facial-area warming products and other compact wearable heating applications.
For OEM and ODM projects, PMA supports customization of mask structure, textile materials, heating-film dimensions, target temperature, electrical configuration, controller, fastening structure, colors, branding, labels and packaging.
PMA also provides heating-film engineering, specification review, sample development, functional validation and manufacturing coordination for customized wearable heating projects.
