Graphene Heated Neck Support

Graphene heated neck support AG10-02 is a wearable neck-support reference integrating a compact PI-based graphene flexible heating system for localized neck-area thermal comfort.

The product uses a 3.7V graphene heating configuration developed for compact neck-support applications. Internal engineering data associates the AG10-02-HBDM-01 application variant with a PI heating-film structure using electrode-sheet circuitry and a graphene cast-film heating layer. The documented heating-film resistance is 11.0–12.5Ω, with a heating-film temperature range of 55–60°C and a heating-element size of 80 × 35 mm.

Its neck-support form provides localized coverage while integrating the heating component into a compact wearable structure. The product can serve as a finished-product reference for B2B customers developing heated neck supports, wearable thermal-comfort products and compact neck-care devices.

The available engineering data verifies the heating-film configuration but does not provide a confirmed complete-product size, overall material composition, controller specification, battery capacity or charging interface. These parameters should therefore follow the final production specification.
