Product Overview
The Graphene Heated Hand Warmer is a compact personal warming product that integrates flexible graphene heating into a soft hand-warmer structure for everyday indoor, office and travel use.
The product operates from a 5V low-voltage power supply and is available in several heating configurations. Existing PMA engineering records include a compact PI-based heating version, a short double-sided cloth-based version and a long double-sided PI-based version, allowing different heating areas and product forms to be selected for different applications.
The compact heating configuration uses a 120 × 120 mm PI-based graphene heating element with an operating temperature of approximately 62–67°C. The short double-sided configuration uses a 200 × 150 mm cloth-based flexible graphene heating element with an operating temperature of approximately 55–65°C. The long double-sided configuration uses a 500 × 50 mm PI-based graphene heating element with an operating temperature of approximately 50–60°C.
The flexible construction makes the product suitable for portable hand warming while allowing the heating structure, dimensions, textile materials, colors, branding and packaging to be adapted according to project requirements.
